Brand new home in exclusive Emerywood neighborhood located near HPU and Furniture Market. "Chase's Place" was recently built. Located close to High Point University, Downtown High Point, & High Point Medical Center. Our home was built in 2023 and is the perfect place to stay to enjoy activities in High Point, Greensboro, & Winston-Salem. We are within walking distance of the popular DeBeen Coffee Shop, Pure Light Yoga, & Tipsy'z Tavern & Grill. We have an EV Car Charger as well."Chase's Place" is furnished with all new furniture and linens. There are steps up to front door but other than that, it's all one level with hardwood floors. The front door leads into and spacious living room. The two guest rooms are located off the living room. The living room leads to the kitchen and dining area. The master bedroom and master bath are located off the Kitchen. The laundry room is also off of the kitchen area.Guests will have access to entire upstairs. If a guest needs the electric (EV) car charger, they will get access to the 2 car garage located under the home.We are accessible through the VRBO app or by cell phone. We live close by and are able to assist or answer any questions.We are located in the sought after and historic Emerywood area of High Point. We are a walking distance to a very popular coffee shop and yoga studio as well as other stores and restaurants close by.We have our own private paved driveway. We also share a gravel parking area behind our house with the other 2 houses on either side of us.We allow dogs but we do not allow them to be left alone in our home. If you are to leave them unattended, they need to be crated. If this rule is broken, there will be a $200 charge.
