Private boat dock for swimming and relaxation with chairs. Two paddleboards for exploration and fun. The House is complete with a screened-in porch and a large wrap-around deck with tables and plenty of chairs for outdoor living. HDTVs, a gas grill, and even a fire pit for those chillier nights.
