Centrally located right off of 280, the condo is nestled less than 10 miles from the heart of Alexander City and is a quick, 45 minute drive to Auburn University. Lake Martin’s popular activities such as Peanut Point, Chuck’s pizza, Chimney Rock, and Goat Island are all just a boat ride away!Guests can take advantage of the private boat slip with on-site boat launch or hang out by the newly installed pools. There are grills and picnic tables on site as well as a newly renovated play area for the kids! This is a private, 3 bed/2 bath condo located on the 1st floor for easy access to parking. It features a full kitchen plus a keurig so you can enjoy a lakefront sunrise with a fresh cup of coffee! The bedrooms are made up of 1 king sized bed, 1 queen sized bed, and a bunk bed. The bathrooms include shower/tub combos. All TVs have on-demand streaming services available through the condos guest wifi. This condo provides the perfect combination of fun and relaxation. We cannot wait for you to come enjoy all it has to offer! **Renters must be 25 or older. Quiet hours are enforced from 10pm-8am. **No pets allowed. Pets brought on-site without permission are subjected to a $500 fine.
