This charming home is complete with a gorgeous screened in porch, perfect for watching sunrises and taking in all the lake activity. From the main living space, walk right down the stairs onto the dock and right into the water, or cast a reel and catch some fish. Bring your boat or get a rental from one of the nearby Lake Martin marinas. Smith's Marina and ice cream shop are just a few minutes' boat ride. Parker's Marina & Landing, and Kowaliga are also just a short 10-15 minute boat ride away. We are also conveniently located 15-20 minutes from Alexander City grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. Want to catch movies or sports on TV? Check out our large flat screen high resolution TVs with YoutubeTV in the Master, upstairs bonus room, and main floor living areas, as well as on the outdoor porch. High-speed internet access plus wifi included.
