Either take a short walk down a curvy sidewalk to the private covered dock for your own boat, or travel down platform steps to large firepit area with half-moon pit overlooking the lake. High ceiling gourmet kitchen with extra-large Thor stovetop with built in griddle, double ovens, microwave drawer and two refrigerators. Separate large pantry area for extra storage. High-end “Ocean Fantasy” quartzite and quartz countertops, with tons of cabinets including built-in wine rack and pot-filler. Large 40 square foot island includes hand-hammered copper sink, no-touch faucet, and overhang with adjustable barstools for seating.Large living area with solid stone fireplace with gas logs and reflective flame glass for ambience. Smooth highceilings throughout the entire house with vaulted ceilings in master and guest bedrooms and living area.Lower level recreation room with lake view includes it’s own 18 ft bar with an additional refrigerator/freezer. Rec room also includes big screen television. Step out from here onto the back porch hottub area which overlooks the lake and the firepit area. Nine-person spa and hottub includes magnetic therapy, easy open cover, and adjustable jets.Vaulted pine ceiling on upper deck with huge ceiling fans, buffet table for ten, and conversation area with sofa/love seats.
