House features full wrap around porch with outside shower.Main floor has open floor plan with floor to ceiling windows facing the Lake and a two sided fireplace in the center.House is completely updated with new furnishings.Maximum of 9 people allowed on property per Filer Township agreement. RVs and tents not allowed. Casino and wineries within 15 minutes and at least three Golf Courses within 15 minutes. There are also plenty of outdoor activities such as kayaking and charter fishing.
