This is your ideal tiny stay getaway!The Space:Guests will enter through the front door into the open-concept space. The welcoming living room has a SmartTV for entertainment and a comfortable futon. You'll find a well-appointed kitchen ready for you to prepare meals throughout your stay.Head down the hallway, and on the right is the bathroom with a shower. At the end of the hall is the cozy bedroom with a queen-sized bed.Stepping outside, our charming patio with two chairs is the perfect spot to relax and for outdoor enjoyment.Guest Access:The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.The Neighborhood:Our home is in Sanctuary at Green Mountain, a community of tiny homes with lovely views. We have easy access to major highways and interstates. We are also near adventure and nature parks like Goldsmith Schiffman, Madison County Nature Trail, J.D. & Annie S. Hays Nature Preserve, and more! Only a 9-minute drive to Walmart Supercenter!Getting Around:Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!Other Things to Note:We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.Interaction with Guests:We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
