Take a 10 minute drive up to Megastar Casino, or to Juniper Point, the Texas State Line Monument, or just walk around the quiet neighborhood and enjoy the peace and quiet.The Space:This house has all the essentials you'll need to enjoy a quiet getaway. In the master bedroom you have a king bed with premium bedding and a nice plush duvet. There's a dresser for you to store your clothes as well as a large capacity washer and dryer for you to use (detergent, bleach, etc. is complimentary!). The kitchen has all the basics to prepare meals for your family, a full size fridge, complimentary coffee bar, some water bottles, and a bistro dining set and bar seating. The driveway has covered space for two cars and room for a small boat. There's some street parking that you'd also be able to fit larger boats or even an RV.Guest Access:Guests will be provided the code to get in and can arrive any time after 5pm.The Neighborhood:This is a very cute and charming rural neighborhood. It's got easy access to the main highway that goes south to Whitesboro or north into Oklahoma.Other Things to Note:Since this house is in a rural area of Texas, it's important to note that while we do everything we can to prevent pests, it's expected that you'll see bugs and various reptile. Most are harmless, but it's important that you stay aware that some may be venomous or otherwise harmful.
