Extra Guests- Any unaccounted-for extra guests (not included on your reservation) will be charged $25 per night per person.- Any unaccounted for guests that are not on the reservation will be considered a party and that reservation may be cancel without a refund.No Smoking policy. - Any smell of smoke/Marijuana inside the property is subjected to $500 FINE following check-out shared by our housekeeping team.Pet Policy-Dog/cat poop must be picked up - especially in front of the property or on the streets, there will be a FINE of $200.-Please keep the door closed at all times. The air conditioning system will freeze up when doors are left open and guests will be responsible for any repairs needed. AC repairs typically take some time, and alternative accommodation would also be at your expense.
