There are some steps to the dock. There is no power on the dock. Year round water. Great for kayaks and paddle boards.PEAK SEASON (Memorial Day - Labor Day): We accept three (3) night reservations for the Peak season, with the exception of 4th of July week - 4th of July week has a 5 night minimum - OFF-SEASON (Labor Day-Memorial Day): 2 night minimum (except for Thanksgiving and Christmas)Restrictions: PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy of 8 has to be per-approved. (Smith Lake is considered seasonal water and water levels fall low in late fall through the winter. There is no cable, but Wifi is available.)
