Any smoking evidence will result in a minimum fee of $500 due to payment for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Smoking is allowed in the backyard only.Entire homeHome is located in a quiet subdivision on a corner lot. Close to shopping, restaurants, and family activities.House has a 2-car garage.
