Phoenix VII has a large sun deck area with outdoor pool and kiddie pool. There is an indoor pool, two hot tubs, sauna, fitness room and inside racquetball courts . Phoenix VII also has lighted tennis courts, half-court basketball court, BBQ grilling area and gazebos. There is a 2 car limit. Parking passes purchased at on-site front desk.
