Spectacular beachfront apartment Quality is evident everywhere in this 2 bedroom/1 bath condo. The soft colors throughout this condo are very relaxing and just what you need to unwind at the beach. The sounds of the ocean can lull you to sleep each night along with looking out your bedroom window and seeing only a sky full of stars. The pure white sand on the beach is what made Gulf Shores famous. If you love to go “shelling” this is the place to be. This unit is direct Gulf Front!!!This condo has been completely redecorated from top to bottom and has all the comforts of home. Comfortable seating in the living room area along with a new flat screen TV for you to enjoy, if you can tear your eyes off the ocean view right outside the door. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a beautiful backsplash and every small appliance you need, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, mixer, and blender. And of course, a washer and dryer for your convenience.The master bedroom has a queen size bed with luxurious bedding that contributes to a wonderful night’s sleep. A door from the master bedroom goes out to the balcony. Two bedside tables along with good lighting help for nighttime reading in bed! The guest bedroom has twin beds. The sofa sleeper opens to a queen size bed.This unit is located in the heart of Gulf Shores at 913 West Beach Blvd. Only 9/10’s of a mile from the intersection of Highway 59 and Highway 182. We are in a small complex that consists of only 36 units, all units are accessed by stairs, no elevator on premises. This unit is on the second floor. The complex is very family oriented. We have two grills on the property for our guests. Under the unit is covered parking for two vehicles. A small convenience store is located directly across the street. This is a no smoking and no pets allowed condo. All of the fun things to do are within a 10 to 15 minute drive.
