This delightful two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath condo offers a comfortable and fully equipped vacation space for guests. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the loft bedroom upstairs has a king-size bed and bunk beds, perfect for families or groups. The condo includes a fully stocked kitchen, providing ample space for the entire family. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, and there's also a shared half bathroom in the hall. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available on-site for your convenience.Surrounding the condo, you'll find a beautiful pool area, barbecue space with picnic tables, covered parking, direct beach access, and more. Located in the heart of Gulf Shores, the property is just a short walk from the world-famous Hangout, along with numerous shopping and dining options.For reservations during the Winter Season (January and February), bookings made before October 1st require a 60-day minimum stay. Reservations made after October 1st vary between three or seven nights based on unit specifications.Professionally managed by Poole & Associates,this property requires parking passes, with a limit of two passes per reservation for a maximum of two cars. Linens are provided, although guests should bring their own beach towels. The reservation includes a 'starter set' of essential items.Policies specify that renters must be at least 25 years old, present a photo ID at check-in, and adhere to a no smoking and no pets rule. Please call for monthly 'Snowbird' rates available from November through February."
