This home enjoys a cool beachy vibe, and has 20' ceilings in the living room, and a very open and spacious floor plan. Prepare wonderful meals in the fully stocked kitchen, and enjoy indoor or outdoor dining on the large deck with amazing gulf views! There are three gulf front King Bedrooms, two with en suite bathrooms, and one which shares a jack and jill bath with a double bunk room. Two additional bedrooms each sleep four; one featuring two queen beds, and the other a queen bed with a twin bunk bed, and a bonus area with a large flat screen TV and sofa bed. We know pets are part of your family too, and we do allow dogs. The home is also a wonderful setting for a Destination Wedding! There are two community pools, and a large tennis court just minutes away. Things to Know Free WiFi Dog Friendly Snowbird-FriendlyIf you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
