The guard shack cannot provide them for you.Only valid service animals will be allowed that are registered/checked-in with security at arrival, but if a service animal is causing an issue such as barking (other than a medical emergency), not on leash and properly controlled, seen as aggressive or approaching others, or defecating in any way in the common grounds areas, they will be evicted.The Palms building hot tub opens September 16 - May 14 and will be closed May 15 - September 15.This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama, LLC.Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.This rental is located on floor 3.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
